SEM INAR BERN From 29th - 31st March there will be a 3-day WUSHU SEMINAR in Bern/Switzerland. The seminar demonstrates chinese martial arts as self defence. We will experience how agility and techniques of Wushu allow us to be most effective in protecting ourselfes with very little effort. Monday 29th March 2010 19.00 - 21.00 hrs Basic defence techniques: hitting, stabbing, pushing, stomping, pulling, blocking, defending, avoiding, redirecting. Tuesday 30th. March 2010 19.00 - 21.00 hrs Defence and counter: it is not just about defending and hitting back, it is also about defending and ending the situation. Wednesday 31st March 2010 19.00 - 21.00 hrs Groundwork: to throw someone down on the ground is one thing but how you react when you find yourself on the floor is an other thing.
